IT Director
Required skills:
- End to end ownership on IT teams
- End to end ownership on the company IT budget
- Manage the IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Keep up to date with company’s tech development and product roadmap
- End to end ownership on all IT environments
- Collaboration and coordination with multiple internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services on various levelsLead IT projects, including the development and implementation of systems and services
- Monitor and fine-tune the operation of our internal Helpdesk service
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Identify areas of improvement and drive initiatives to address issues in systems and/or processes
- Coordinate and manage technical deployments, upgrades, and maintenance
- Enforce IT policies and procedures
